About Us

Smokee’s Pizza was founded in 2023 with a clear vision: serve high-quality, wood-fired pizza and bring people together through simple, good food. What started as a one-man, one-dog operation on wheels quickly became a staple in Asheville’s food truck scene, known for its bold flavors, crispy crusts, and laid-back vibe.

Chef and founder Jordan Siddons launched Smokee’s Pizza not just to share his love of food, but to create something that felt personal. Inspired by his pug, Smokee, the brand took on a life of its own, with the dog’s playful spirit and local charm becoming part of the experience.

You’ll find more than just pizza here, you’ll find a neighborhood hangout on four wheels.
